Triantafillis
GENERAL MANAGER MINDHAUS
Konstantinos Triantafillis holds the position of the General Manager at MINDHAUS, a V+O agency offering tourism marketing strategy services.
Konstantinos is a seasoned executive with 20 years of experience in Communication and Marketing, specializing in Tourism Marketing for the past decade.
He previously served as the Marketing Manager at Marketing Greece of SETE, where he supported Destinations in their promotion and executed over 10 Marketing Plans for Regions, Municipalities, and tourism products. Additionally, he collaborated with the Public and Private Sector to design tourism promotion and development projects for various Greek destinations.
Afterward, he joined MINDHAUS as an Account Director, overseeing Branding, Marketing, and Communication projects for tourism brands in Greece and internationally. During this time, he also implemented research projects as well as communication crisis management projects in tourism industry.
From 2020 to 2024, he held the position of Marketing & PR Director at Metaxa Hospitality Group, leading the development and execution of Marketing strategy for the Group's hotels (Creta Maris Resort, Santo Collection Resorts & Villas, TUI Magic Life Candia Maris), from product development to promotional campaigns. He was also responsible for Corporate Communications and a member of the Committee for the formulation and promotion of the Group's Sustainability strategy.
Konstantinos holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Panteion University, a Master's Degree in Economics and Business Strategy (MS) from the University of Piraeus, and has received Diplomas from Alba Graduate Business School and Cornell University, among others.
